Manual CSV pilot preview
Compare two CSV exports
Choose older and newer exports from the same store. Find changed source text, blank translations, and locale entries that need a human review. Download a CSV or Markdown review file.
Local processing. No file upload. Selected CSV contents are read and compared in your browser tab. LocaleDelta does not receive or store the contents. The site has no server-side intake form. Do not include customer, order, payment, personal, or sensitive data.
Use matching product exports or locale exports with the same identifiers and columns. See the intake guide.
Intake guide and limits
- Export product or locale data from Shopify yourself. Use an older export as baseline and a newer export from the same store.
- For product exports, keep standard Shopify headings and include Handle plus text fields such as Title, Body (HTML), SEO Title, or SEO Description. Variant/image rows may be present.
- For locale exports, keep headings and format consistent. Supported rows use Identification (or Handle), Field, Locale, Original content, and Translated content. A simpler CSV may use Handle, Source field, Language, Source text, and Translation.
- Each file must be a CSV with a header and at least one data row, and must be 15 MB or smaller. Compare like-for-like exports with matching headings.
- Review downloads may include source or translation text; keep them secure and share only with intended reviewers.
Flags are heuristic review prompts, not translation-quality decisions. Confirm in Shopify and apply approved changes yourself. No Shopify connection, publishing, translation, syncing, rollback, payment, account, or email intake is enabled.
