# LocaleDelta Refund and Cancellation Policy **Effective:** Upon publication ## Price and cancellation LocaleDelta offers monthly subscriptions. The checkout must show the plan, price, billing period, limits, applicable taxes, renewal, and cancellation route before you authorize a recurring payment. Planned prices are Store USD $19/month and Growth USD $49/month; the checkout offer controls if prices change. There are no automatic overage charges. Cancel through the checkout route or contact the support channel used for your order. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access ordinarily continues to the end of the period. We do not prorate a partial month unless required by law. ## Refunds If you request a refund within seven calendar days of your initial subscription charge, and we have neither delivered a report nor begun material manual work, we will refund that initial charge. Once a report is delivered or material work has begun, the initial charge is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the paid service. If we fail to provide the paid service and cannot promptly fix it, we will refund the affected amount. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the renewed period begins, except where required by law or if the charge was unauthorized or made in error. Contact us promptly about an incorrect charge. Refunds go to the original payment method through the payment provider; timing depends on that provider. Third-party translation or vendor charges made directly under your own account are not charged or refunded by LocaleDelta. Nothing in this policy removes statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer protections. Contact the service/support email shown for your order with the account email and transaction reference; never send full card details.
